K2G Holding AG has appointed Dr. Patrick Eugster, an experienced leader from Switzerland’s insurance sector, to its executive team. He will partner with CEO Arina Man to drive the company’s strategic initiatives and expand its market presence.

The Vienna Stock Exchange–listed company (Direct Market Plus) is reinforcing its direction by bringing in a specialist with deep expertise in digital insurance, pricing strategy, product innovation, and corporate management. Eugster’s appointment strengthens K2G’s ambition to scale its technology-led solutions.

Leadership built on digital transformation

Between 2017 and 2025, Eugster served as CEO of Simpego Versicherungen AG and also took on CFO responsibilities during parts of his tenure. He led the development of a modern digital insurer and played a key role in its growth.

Earlier, he held several senior positions at Allianz Suisse, where he oversaw product management and pricing and contributed to corporate development at a strategic level.

He earned a PhD in Insurance Economics from the University of Zurich, graduating with top distinction.

Expanding AI-driven capabilities

K2G views this appointment as a strategic move to accelerate the rollout of its data- and AI-powered offerings across the insurance industry. The company continues to enhance its solutions in pricing, risk modeling, portfolio analysis, and digital operations.

CEO Arina Man stated that Eugster brings valuable industry insight and leadership experience, helping to guide K2G into its next phase of growth.

Eugster highlighted the company’s combination of technological innovation and sector expertise, noting strong potential to scale advanced, data-driven insurance solutions internationally.
