Kherson Suffers Casualties and Damage
Local media confirmed two deaths and 14 injuries in Kherson.
Drones destroyed nine houses, medical and educational facilities, an administrative building, a gas station, and several cars.
Odesa Faces Energy Outages
Media reported one person injured in Odesa, with Chornomorsk sustaining the heaviest damage.
Governor Oleg Kiper said the strikes disabled energy infrastructure, leaving 29,000 residents without electricity.
He added crews restored critical facilities using generators.
Zelenskyy Highlights Russian Losses
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned Russia’s third major attack this week, warning the war continues without international pressure.
He reported Russian forces suffered “heavy losses” in Pokrovsk, where Moscow concentrates its attacks.
Zelenskyy said Ukrainian units continue missions in Donetsk, systematically destroying Russian troops.
He added Russia has lost over 290,000 soldiers killed or severely wounded in eight months.
