Spear Education has officially opened registration for Spear Summit 2026, set to take place March 26–28, 2026, at the newly built Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in San Diego, California.
Billed as the premier dental event of the year, the summit will bring together leading dental professionals for three days of advanced clinical education, team collaboration, and wellness activities.
